1. Who we are
Qazitex Freight Systems LLC ("Qazitex", "we", "us") is a third-party logistics provider located at 369 Lakewood Drive, Union City, NJ 07087, United States. We are the controller of personal information collected through qazitex.com. Our managing member is Larry Mangels. You can reach us at accounts@qazitex.com or 201-902-3462.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to answer enquiries and operate client accounts:
- Information you give us: name, company, email address, telephone number, service interest, shipment details and anything else you type into our contact form or send by email.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and date and time of access. This is standard server log data.
- Cookie data: a strictly necessary cookie recording your cookie choice, and — only if you consent — analytics cookies described in our Cookie Policy.
We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers through this website, and we do not collect special categories of personal data such as health or biometric information.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to respond to quote requests and questions; to prepare and deliver logistics services; to issue invoices and maintain accounting records; to detect and prevent fraud, abuse or security incidents; to comply with legal, tax and transport record-keeping obligations; and to improve the content and performance of this website.
Where we rely on consent — for analytics cookies and for optional marketing email — you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
4. Legal bases
For visitors in jurisdictions where this concept applies, we process personal data on the basis of: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering one; our legitimate interests in running and securing our business; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent where required.
5. Advertising and measurement
We may advertise our services on search and content networks, including Microsoft Advertising and Google Ads. Where those platforms place measurement tags on this site, they are loaded only after you accept optional cookies. Those tags may record that you visited a page or submitted a form so we can measure the effectiveness of an advertisement. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers for their own independent marketing.
You can opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance and Network Advertising Initiative opt-out pages, and through the ad-settings controls provided by Microsoft and Google.
6. Sharing
We share personal information only with: contracted motor carriers and parcel carriers to the extent needed to move your freight; our accounting, banking and professional advisors; IT and hosting providers who process data on our instructions; and public authorities where we are legally required to disclose. All service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations. We never sell personal information.
7. Retention
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from the last contact. Client account, shipping and billing records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax and transportation record-keeping requirements. Server logs are kept for 90 days. When a retention period ends, records are deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
8. Security
The website is served over TLS. Access to client records is limited to employees who need it, protected by individual credentials and reviewed periodically. Our facility is gated, alarmed and monitored by recorded CCTV. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct inaccuracies, to request deletion, to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. California residents may additionally request disclosure of categories of information collected and may opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.
To make a request, email accounts@qazitex.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We respond within 30 days and may ask for information to verify your identity.
10. Children
Our services are directed to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International transfers
Our systems are hosted in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The revision date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Material changes affecting active clients are communicated by email.
