1. Our commitment

Qazitex Freight Systems LLC wants every visitor to be able to read our pages, understand our rates and reach us. We build and review this website with accessibility in mind and treat reported barriers as defects to be fixed, not suggestions.

2. Standard we work to

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Measures in place include semantic HTML landmarks, a visible skip-to-content link, keyboard-operable navigation and accordions, text alternatives for meaningful images, colour contrast checked against AA thresholds, form labels bound to their inputs, and respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference.

3. Known limitations

The embedded map on our Contact page is provided by a third party and its internal controls are outside our direct control; the same address, phone number and directions are always available as plain text on that page. Some PDF rate sheets sent to clients by email may not yet be fully tagged; an accessible alternative is available on request.

4. Feedback

If you encounter a barrier, email accounts@qazitex.com with the subject line "Accessibility", or call 201-902-3462 during business hours. Tell us the page and what happened. We aim to acknowledge within 3 business days and to resolve or offer an alternative within 15.

5. Alternatives

Every piece of information on this website is also available by telephone or email, and our office staff can read out rates, arrange a quote or take an order verbally during business hours.
