FAQ
Eighteen questions we get asked every week
If your question is not answered here, call the office. A person picks up between 6:00 and 20:00 Eastern.
Where exactly are you located?
Our warehouse and office are at 369 Lakewood Drive, Union City, NJ 07087. We are 4.2 miles from the Lincoln Tunnel and roughly 20 minutes from Port Newark and Elizabeth.
What are your hours?
Dock and office hours are Monday to Friday 6:00–20:00 ET and Saturday 8:00–14:00 ET. We are closed Sundays and on federal holidays. After-hours appointments are available with 48 hours notice.
Is there a minimum monthly spend?
Yes. Storage-only accounts carry a $450 monthly minimum and fulfillment accounts a $600 monthly minimum. If your usage exceeds the minimum you simply pay the usage.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. Storage agreements are month-to-month with 30 days written notice to terminate. We do not use auto-renewing multi-year lock-ins.
How do you bill and when is payment due?
Invoices are issued on the first business day of each month for the prior month, itemized by service line. Standard terms are Net 15 from the invoice date. ACH, check and wire are accepted.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, for account balances under $5,000, with a 3% processing surcharge that is disclosed on the invoice before you pay.
Which sales channels can you integrate with?
Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace Commerce, Amazon Seller Central (FBM) and Walmart Marketplace, plus generic CSV or SFTP order drops for custom systems.
What is your order cutoff time?
3:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Saturday. Orders received and paid before the cutoff ship the same day, subject to stock availability.
How do you handle inventory discrepancies?
We photograph every inbound, run rolling 30-day cycle counts and email the results whether or not there is a variance. Confirmed shortages attributable to our handling are credited per our Terms.
Are my goods insured while in your care?
We carry $2M general liability and $250K cargo legal liability. That is warehouse legal liability, not all-risk cargo insurance — most clients maintain their own inventory policy, and we are happy to be named as an additional insured.
Do you handle hazardous materials?
Limited-quantity and ORM-D consumer commodities only, with prior written approval and a current SDS on file. We do not accept bulk flammables, explosives, compressed gases or radioactive material.
Can you store food or pharmaceuticals?
We store sealed, shelf-stable packaged dry goods. We are not an FDA-registered food facility for ambient perishables and we do not handle prescription pharmaceuticals or controlled substances.
What happens if a shipment is damaged?
Report it within 5 business days with photographs and the delivery receipt notation. We open a claim file, pull the outbound scan images and dock video, and give you a written determination within 10 business days.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, within Metro New York and the six closest New Jersey counties, using our own box trucks. Requests placed before 11:00 AM ET are typically delivered the same afternoon.
Can I see my inventory online?
Yes. Active accounts receive read-only portal credentials showing on-hand quantities, inbound receipts and outbound history, refreshed continuously through the business day.
How long does onboarding take?
About a week for a straightforward account: discovery call, written proposal, item master load, test batch, go live. Complex retail-compliance accounts take two to three weeks.
Can I tour the facility before committing?
Yes. Site walks run Monday to Thursday, 9:00–16:00 ET. Call 201-902-3462 to book, and ask for Larry if you want the owner's tour.
What if I want to leave?
Give 30 days written notice, settle the final invoice and schedule load-out. We will help stage and load your freight at standard outbound handling rates. We do not hold inventory hostage over disputed charges.
Need pallets moved this week?
Send us your lane, volume and service window. A named account manager replies with a written rate within one business day — no call centers, no bots.
