Most clients start with storage and add fulfillment or trucking as volume grows. Everything below is performed by our own staff at 369 Lakewood Drive unless a lane requires a vetted partner carrier — in which case we tell you before the load moves.

The national providers will quote you in an hour and then hand you a portal. We do the opposite: your account manager has a desk twenty feet from the dock, knows your SKUs by name, and can walk out and look at your pallet while you are still on the phone.

We ask about SKU count, unit dimensions, monthly order volume, seasonality and any retailer routing guides you must follow.

Written proposal
Within one business day you receive a rate sheet covering receiving, storage, pick, pack, materials and outbound handling — with the assumptions spelled out.

Site walk or video tour
Come see the racks and the people. If you cannot travel, we walk the floor on a live video call at a time that suits you.

Systems & test batch
We connect your store or send an SFTP spec, load your item master, then run a 20–50 order test batch before going live.

Go live & weekly review
First four weeks include a scheduled Friday review on accuracy, cycle time and any exceptions we saw.

We moved 600 pallets out of a Secaucus facility that kept losing our lot codes. Qazitex re-labeled the entire inventory during intake and we have not had a mis-pick since.

Common questions
Straight answers before you call
Is there a minimum monthly spend?
Storage accounts have a $450 monthly minimum, which covers roughly 30 pallet positions. Fulfillment accounts have a $600 monthly minimum. There is no long-term contract.
How fast can you receive an inbound container?
Containers scheduled at least 48 hours in advance are devanned the same day they arrive. Live unloads are typically completed inside a two-hour window.
Do you handle hazardous materials?
We accept limited-quantity and ORM-D consumer commodities with prior approval and current SDS on file. We do not store bulk flammables, explosives or Class 7 material.
Can I visit before signing anything?
Yes, and we encourage it. Site walks run Monday through Thursday between 9:00 and 16:00 ET. Ask for Larry when you book.
